Tony Caraballo

As HR Generalist at East Point Energy, Tony supports recruitment, onboarding, and a variety of people operations initiatives that help create a positive employee experience. He is passionate about fostering an engaging workplace culture and supporting East Point Energy’s mission to build a cleaner, more resilient electric grid.

Prior to joining East Point Energy, Tony built more than six years of recruiting and human resources experience between the IT and healthcare industries. He holds a BS in Business Administration from University of Mary Washington and a MS in human resource management from Colorado State University – Global. Tony is dedicated to developing efficient, people-centered processes that support organizational success and employee growth.

Outside of the office, Tony enjoys spending his time outside in his garden, playing golf, cooking, or going to a UVA basketball game.
