Jessica DeGraff

Jessica serves as the HR Manager for the East Point Energy team. She is responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization’s personnel. An imperative of Jessica’s role is to foster a positive, inclusive, and balanced work culture where employees feel heard, valued, motivated, supported, safe, and overall enjoy going to work. 

 

Prior to joining East Point in 2024, Jessica had over 10 years of experience in various HR roles and industries including recruitment, government contracting, private equity and dining solutions. 

 

Jessica has always had a passion for working with and understanding people, which led her to obtain her BA in Sociology & Psychology from George Mason University and begin pursuing a career in HR. When she isn’t in the office plugging away and connecting with the team, she can often be found taking nature walks with her dog, catching up with friends, or passionately talking about her favorite films.
