Cat Chapman, Community Engagement Manager
As the Community Engagement Manager, Cat is responsible for fostering community relationships and maintaining them through the development phase of projects – engaging with local stakeholders prior to permitting all the way through to construction and operation. With more than two decades of experience in public affairs and external relations, Cat has worked in the energy and infrastructure development space for eleven years.
 
Cat holds a BA in English from Wake Forest University. She is also a graduate of the Sorensen Institute’s Political Leadership Program and Candidate Training Program at The University of Virginia. She has held multiple board leadership and volunteering roles over the years and currently serves as secretary for the American Red Cross – Central Virginia chapter.
