Carter Miller

As a Policy Associate, Carter monitors and advocates for East Point’s policy priorities in core markets, working cross-functionally to assess the business impacts of ISO/RTO and state policies, communicating policy priorities to leadership, and supporting East Point’s engagement with policymakers, industry partners, and other key stakeholders. In his previous role as an energy and infrastructure paralegal, Carter supported regulatory strategy and proceedings for energy clients spanning multiple domestic and international jurisdictions.

Carter holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond, with a concentration in Consulting Management and double major in Political Science.

In his free time, Carter enjoys spending time with family and friends, snowboarding, traveling, and fostering local shelter dogs.
