Brett Pearce, Project , Business Development Manager
As a Project Execution Manager, Brett leads the transition of projects from late-stage development to construction and asset management.
Before joining East Point, Brett began his career as a Systems Engineer in infectious disease diagnostics at Becton Dickinson, where he led new R&D projects through the appropriate development tollgates. Most recently, he worked at Cytiva as a Senior Value Stream Leader, overseeing the transfer of production and subsequent operation of a pharmaceutical consumable manufacturing facility.
Brett holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Bucknell University, an MSE in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Outside of work, Brett enjoys golfing and spending time outdoors with his family.
