Rae Mills

As a Project Engineer at East Point Energy, Rae oversees various technical aspects of battery energy storage system projects, including initiating RFPs, managing project engineering, and driving projects to completion. Prior to joining East Point, Rae worked in healthcare as a Performance Improvement Manager leading projects to optimize the efficiency of processes within the hospital. Before joining the EPC team, she was part of East Point’s summer associate program supporting development engineering.   

 

Rae holds a BS in Industrial Engineering & a master’s in Engineering Management from the University of Louisville. She is currently pursuing a master’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UVA.

 

Outside of work Rae enjoys going on hiking & backpacking trips, exploring Charlottesville with her family, and watching football.
